Each account person is a contact for different pieces of business, and we share knowledge back and forth to best serve a client’s needs. Account Service at Competitive Edge also means being involved in the creative process and production aspects of a project. As creative director, Kevin heads up the creative group and also serves as a client contact. Together with account service, all projects and workflow are balanced and coordinated.
